Imaging performance and video streams

The camera delivers a video stream of up to 20 frames per second, ensuring smooth motion reproduction for identifying people or objects in real situations. It supports both H.265 and H.264 compression codecs, optimizing the use of network bandwidth and storage capacity while maintaining a high level of detail. True WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) provides advanced handling of high-contrast scenes, simultaneously compensating for high-light and dark areas to maintain a workable image, especially in backlit or brightly lit environments.

Night Vision & Lighting

The camera incorporates a dual lighting system consisting of infrared LEDs and white LEDs, each with an effective range of up to 15 meters. IR illumination allows for discreet monitoring in low light or in complete darkness, without emitting visible light, while white LEDs provide additional visible illumination to improve color quality and scene readability when needed. The primary power supply is based on the 802.3at/af PoE standard via the RJ-45 port, allowing data and power to be combined over a single Ethernet cable to simplify deployment and reduce infrastructure costs. The maximum power consumption via PoE is 8.2W, which makes it easy to integrate on the majority of standard PoE switches or injectors. The camera can also be powered by an external 12 V DC ± 20% block with a current of 1 A, for a maximum consumption of 7.1W, offering flexibility of implementation according to the topology of the installation.

Local storage is provided by a microSD card slot, compatible with up to 256 GB, allowing continuous, event or redundant recording compared to a network recorder. Network connectivity is provided by a 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet port, ensuring stable transmission of video streams and metadata to video management systems or associated cloud services. This architecture allows the camera to be operated in standalone mode with local recording, or integrated into a larger IP infrastructure.
