Dahua DHI-ARK30T-W2(868) Wireless Keyboard

The Dahua DHI-ARK30T-W2 (868) keypad is a wireless radio keypad designed for controlling Dahua AirShield alarm systems. It allows the user to easily monitor the status of the system, arm and disarm the alarm, as well as quickly access essential security features. It is intended for indoor installation, both for residential and professional environments. The keypad operates autonomously on battery power and communicates directly with the alarm control panel via a secure radio link.

The keypad allows full arming, partial arming and disarming of the system using a user code or IC card. It has dedicated keys for the main controls as well as alarm shortcuts for emergency, fire or medical assistance situations. Indicator lights clearly indicate system status, possible faults and current alarms. A built-in buzzer provides audible confirmations during manipulations and alerts.

Radio communication is bidirectional and operates on the 868.0 to 868.6 MHz frequency band. It uses AES128 encryption with frequency hopping to ensure a high level of security and reliability against interference and jamming attempts. The transmission range can reach about 1600 meters in open field between the keypad and the compatible control panel.

The keypad incorporates a temperature sensor to measure the ambient temperature of the room in which it is installed. This information can be transmitted to the alarm system for environmental monitoring. It also has a low battery detection system and an anti-tamper contact that triggers an alarm if the keypad is opened or torn off.

Power is provided by four AA batteries, providing a battery life of up to about three years depending on the conditions of use. The keyboard is designed for low power consumption to extend battery life. It supports remote firmware update via the cloud, with an automatic recovery feature in case of update failure.

The housing is made of white PC and ABS plastic and is intended for indoor wall mounting. The operating temperature range is from minus ten degrees Celsius to plus fifty-five degrees Celsius, with a relative humidity between ten and ninety percent non-condensing. The approximate dimensions of the product are one hundred and forty-six millimeters in height, eighty-two millimeters in width and twenty-two millimeters in thickness. The weight is about two hundred and forty grams with the batteries installed.
