The Dahua DHI-ARC3800H-W2 (868) is a wireless Hub 2 alarm panel designed for residential and professional security systems. It operates on the 868 MHz radio frequency and ensures communication between the control panel and all the system's wireless peripherals, such as detectors, sirens, keypads, remote controls and PIR cameras.

The control panel can handle up to approximately 150 devices and multiple protection zones. Radio communication is bidirectional, secure, and continuously supervised to ensure stable and reliable transmissions. The high radio range allows for extended coverage of installations.

The ARC3800H-W2 model has wired Ethernet and Wi-Fi network connections, ensuring that alarms and notifications are transmitted to the mobile app and users. It enables video alarm verification through the integration of compatible cameras and detectors with image capture.

Armament and disarming of the system can be done via the mobile app, keypad, remote control or programmatically. The control panel incorporates advanced safety features such as tamper protection, power and battery monitoring, and detailed event history.

It is powered by the mains and equipped with a rechargeable backup battery, ensuring that the system works in the event of a power outage. Its compact and discreet housing allows for simple wall or stand installation to suit different environments.
