Optics and field of view

The fixed 2.8 mm lens offers a wide field of view suitable for general room surveillance, without the need for focal length adjustment. The horizontal viewing angle of 90°, vertical viewing angle of 49° and diagonal viewing angle of 106° allow a large area to be covered with a single camera, thus limiting blind spots. Sensor and image quality

The 1/2.7" 5-megapixel CMOS sensor provides a maximum image resolution of 5MP, offering a high level of detail for identifying people and objects. CMOS technology ensures good responsiveness to ambient light while limiting digital noise. The high resolution allows areas of interest to be enlarged without excessive loss of sharpness, which is important for post-event analysis of recordings.

Night vision and image enhancement

The camera incorporates infrared lighting with a range of up to 10 metres, enabling continuous surveillance in total darkness. The ICR (Infrared Cut Removable) filter ensures accurate colour reproduction during the day and automatically switches to black and white mode at night to optimise sensitivity. The dWDR (Digital Wide Dynamic Range) function improves the readability of high-contrast scenes, for example in backlit conditions, by balancing dark and light areas to preserve maximum detail.

Two-way audio

The built-in microphone and speaker enable real-time two-way audio communication. This configuration makes it easy to listen to ambient sounds in the monitored room and send voice messages remotely. Two-way audio is particularly useful for interacting with occupants, verbally deterring intruders, or simply verifying an alert triggered by movement or sound.

Network connectivity and video compression

The wireless connection uses IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax Wi-Fi in the 2.4 GHz band (2.412-2.472 GHz), ensuring broad compatibility with most home routers. H.265 video compression optimises bandwidth and storage space usage, significantly reducing the required bit rate compared to H.264 while maintaining high image quality, which is particularly advantageous for long-term recording on micro SD cards.

The camera has a micro SD card slot that supports a maximum capacity of 256 GB. This local storage allows for continuous recording, on detection or according to defined time slots, without having to rely on an external recorder or remote service. Compatibility with high-capacity cards allows for extensive video history storage, especially in combination with H.265 compression, which reduces the size of the files generated.

Privacy protection

The one-click privacy protection feature allows you to quickly disable surveillance, for example by interrupting capture or masking the lens according to the product's operating logic. This feature is designed to meet privacy requirements in residential use, giving the user immediate control when they are present in the monitored room or when no recording is required temporarily.

The camera is designed to easily adapt to different indoor environments. It can simply be placed on a piece of furniture, a shelf or a worktop, or mounted on a wall for a clearer view and better coverage of the room.
