The Dahua DHI-ARC3800H-FW2 (868) alarm control panel is a wireless hub type 2 alarm panel for residential and professional security installations. It operates on the 868 MHz radio frequency and provides centralized management of the detectors, sirens, keypads, remote controls and other wireless accessories of the Dahua alarm system.

The control panel can support up to approximately 150 devices and allows the configuration of multiple protection zones. Radio communication is bidirectional, secured by encryption, with permanent supervision of the devices to guarantee the reliability of the transmissions.

It has several means of network communication, including a wired Ethernet connection, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and 4G/3G/2G cellular connectivity via SIM card, ensuring redundancy of communications for the transmission of alarms and notifications. In the event of a loss of a network, the control panel automatically switches to another means of communication.

The DHI-ARC3800H-FW2 enables video alarm verification through the integration of cameras and PIR detectors with image capture. Users can receive alerts in the form of notifications, voice calls, or text messages, and view detailed event history.

Arming and disarming the system can be done via mobile app, keypad, remote control, RFID card, or remotely. The control panel integrates anti-tamper protection, device power and battery monitoring, and remote updates.

It is powered by the mains and incorporates a rechargeable backup battery, ensuring the system works in the event of a power outage. Its compact and discreet housing allows for simple installation, wall or bracket, while easily integrating into different environments.
